Privacy Policy

VisaPhotoMaker (“we”, “us”) provides free, browser-based passport, visa, and ID photo tools plus image and document utilities. This policy explains what we do and don’t collect.

Your photos and files stay on your device

All photo and document processing (cropping, resizing, converting, compressing, PDF building, etc.) happens entirely in your web browser. Your images and files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Accounts (optional)

You can use every tool without an account. If you choose to sign in, we use Google Firebase Authentication. We store your email address and your subscription status in Google Firestore so we can provide your premium benefits. We do not sell your personal information.

Email we send you

We send two kinds of email. Service emails — such as password resets and confirmation that a subscription is active — are sent because they relate to your account, and cannot be turned off while the account exists.

Product emails about new tools and updates are only sent if you ticked the opt-in box when creating your account. That box is never pre-ticked. Every product email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently — we keep a record of your address on a suppression list purely so that we do not email you again, even if you later create a new account. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@visaphotomaker.com. Email is delivered through a provider (Resend or Brevo), which processes your address solely to deliver the message.

Payments

Subscriptions and donations are handled by Ko-fi and its payment processors (such as PayPal and/or Stripe). We never receive or store your card details. When you subscribe, Ko-fi shares your email and payment status with us so we can activate premium for your account.

Cookies and advertising

We may display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings. We also use minimal local storage to remember preferences (e.g. your cookie-consent choice and sign-in session).

Your choices

You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser at any time, and you can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
