When you need this
The form accepts one PDF, not several images
Visa applications routinely ask for supporting documents as a single PDF — bank statements, itineraries, invitation letters — even when you photographed each page separately.
Page order matters
A multi-page document uploaded out of order looks careless and can be rejected. Arranging the pages before combining avoids that.
You photographed documents rather than scanning them
Phone photos of pages are the normal way people produce these now. Combining them into one PDF makes them look like a document rather than a folder of pictures.
How to do it properly

Photograph each page squarely and evenly lit
Straight down, whole page in frame, no shadow from your hand or phone. Crooked pages are the most common reason a document PDF gets queried.

Add the images in reading order
Add them in the order they should appear, or reorder them before building. The PDF preserves exactly the order shown.

Build and check the file size
Photo-based PDFs can be large. If the portal has a limit, compress the images before combining rather than after.
If something goes wrong
My PDF is too large to upload
The source photos are at full camera resolution. Resize or compress them first — a page of text is perfectly readable at a fraction of a phone camera's output.
The pages are in the wrong order
Reorder the images before building; the PDF follows the order shown on screen exactly.
Why is there a watermark on my PDF?
Free PDF output carries a small watermark. A subscription removes it. Passport and ID photos themselves are never watermarked, on any plan.
